Chef's Carving Station: Choice of Two meats.
    Smoked Applewood Ham, Baked Turkey Breast, Top Round of Beef or Pork Tenderloin

Choice of Two Vegetables:
    Broccoli, Corn, Zucchini & Squash, Citrus Haricots Verts, Herb Baby Carrots.

Choice of Two Starches:
    Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Cheesy Orzo, Garlicy Egg Noodles, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Red Potatoes, Rive Pilaf, Traditional Stuffing.

Buffet Upgrades

Vegetables:
    Asparagus, Steakhouse Green Beans, Broccolini, Brussel Sprouts, Fancy Baby Carrots.

Starches:
    Baby Baker Potatoes, 6 Cheese Mac & Cheese, Duck fat Potatoes, Twice Bake Potatoes, Finglings, Au Gratin Potaoes.

Chef’s Carving Station:
    Prime Rib au jus | Beef Tenderloin | Leg of Lamb.

Chaffered Entrée Additions:
    Citrus or Dilled Hollandaise Salmon
    Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast Topped with Fresh Bruschetta
    Chicken Cordon Bleu
    Orange Roughy with Pineapple Salsa

Chef Stationed Upgrades

Italian Pasta Bar
    Choice of 3 Pastas: Bowtie, Tortellini, Linguini & Ravioli.
    Choice of 2 Sauces: Marinara, Pesto, Cabonara, Marsala, Alfredo, Rosa, Bolognese or Alfredo

Potato Bar
    Choose 2 Potatoes — Oven Roasted Red Bliss, Sweet Mashed, Baked Potatoes ( available at some locations), Mashed Potatoes or Baby Bakers
    with a Topping Bar to include, butter, sour cream, broccoli, cheese sauce, cheddar cheese, bacon, chives, brown sugar and other assorted toppings.
